1. Group radio buttons

Gathers separate radio buttons that sit on the same line (or in the same column) into one radio group. New groups are named RBG1, RBG2… and their buttons get the values Choice1, Choice2… in reading order. Radio buttons already in a group are left alone.

2. Set radio button values

Renames the export value of every button in every radio group to Choice1, Choice2… Any selected value is kept and renamed to match.

3. Check style

Applies a check style to checkboxes and a separate one to radio buttons, and redraws their appearance so the new styles show in every PDF viewer. Choose “Leave unchanged” to skip either type.
